I wrote a more detailed post about why EP7 is my least-favorite Umineko Episode here for those that care.

The TL;DR of it is: poor pacing, too much exposition, boring BGM (relative to previous Episodes; I’m just not all that big on xaki) and far, FAR too long for an Episode where so little of anything actually happens.

Yeah, it’s chock full of answers and the tea party inspired some of the greatest times I ever had in this fandom, but EP7 as a whole just isn’t very entertaining to read. Expect a lot of complains as well as long-winded analysis posts in this liveblog, because there sure isn’t anything else exciting going on here.
